It's very difficult to choose the best of 2008 of all pics you have taken. In this wolfs' eyes is something wild which I like. That's why I choose this pic the best.

* On aika mahdoton tehtävä valita paras vuoden kuva. Mutta jos joku parhaista pitää valita, niin tämän suden katseessa on vielä jäljellä jotain villiä, mitä vankeuskaan ei voi siltä viedä. Siksi tämä kuva on suosikkejani.

It's wonderful that you were able to capture the wildness and beauty of the Wolf's Nature. I think that's why I go into the Wilderness, so I myself can be wild and free.

I have always liked wolves as well. Since Northern Michigan has become more desolate after the mines have closed there is a pack of wolves that have moved into the area and I heard them howling in the night the last time I was there (December).
